• Your email address, used to sign in (via a one-time code).
• Purchase records and episode-viewing records for the video titles you buy, used to provide access during your 7-day viewing window and to verify refund eligibility under our refund policy.
• Technical data (browser type, IP address) in standard server logs, used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account and purchase entitlements.
• To verify refund eligibility based on the number of episodes watched (see our Terms & Refund Policy).
• To respond to support requests and prevent abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card or payment account details. The payment provider processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It is httpOnly, cannot be read by scripts, and is deleted when you sign out.

5. Data retention

Purchase and viewing records are retained for as long as needed to operate refunds and fulfill legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
